Laura Dolphin

Laura Dolphin founded Dolphin Outsourcing Ltd in March 2019 following a number of job-related injuries, alongside suffering a mental health breakdown and becoming a mother.

Laura says:

” Flexibility was, by far, the most important thing I needed to get back into employment, and I began the company on the assumption that I could not be the only one for whom flexible working was a top priority!”
