James Hunt

James Hunt has back, knee and muscular injuries as well as dyslexia and ADHD. He founded and runs CAFgas CIC, Wales’ first plumbing and heating, not for profit, social enterprise and Nanny Biscuit, a multi-faceted project designed to identify, develop and embed a series of smaller community focussed projects. James says:

” When I left the army, I was suffering, mentally and physically, but I was very much drawn to helping other people, rather than being helped.”

Read his story to learn how he is still finding the balance, and why helping the community has become both his purpose and proudest achievement.
