Michael Beynon was born with Down’s syndrome and vision impairment. He has always wanted his own business to try and earn a living on his own.
In October 2018 Michael founded COALPIT Welsh Cakes. Inspired by his towns history and his great grandmothers recipe he created a modern twist on the traditional Welsh Cakes.
